The site of the Belgian House of Representatives offers a large selection of legislation, preparatory documents, and reports. Belgian law where it is made. The Senate is a also a gold mine for legislative documents and other aspects of belgian law. Belgium, like France, has two Supreme Courts. The site for the "Conseil d'Etat", the Supreme court specializing in administrative law, has a useful search tool for belgian case law and decrees. The site has some English content but the belgian texts and case law are available only in French and Dutch. The site of the Ministry of Finance has a useful textbook, called a "mémento". It's a welcome change from the mind-numbing reading of the tax code ( belgian tax law is just as complicated as any other country's tax code.
